Registration

You can register for BreastCheck if you are within the eligible age range of 50-69. Due to COVID-19, you may be 53 when you get your first invitation. Your first invitation will depend on when screening is available in your area. Breast screening is for women who do not have symptoms. Please contact your GP if you're worried about any symptoms you may have.

To search our database to see if we have your details on our register, please enter the required information in the form below. If you have changed address recently, then you will be given an option to submit your new information.

Please note that the online database is only updated daily, so any information you submit here will not appear here straight away, though your entry in the BreastCheck main database will be up to date.

The letters in your PPSN need to be inputted in uppercase. If you do not put them in uppercase, your PPSN may be refused or may not work.

We use your PPSN to ensure you are correctly identified on our Register. We will not share your PPSN with any other organisation or party. The National Screening Service is a body specified in legislation to use PPS Numbers.

NB. This form is NOT to be completed by Health Professionals.
